Bad leadership? West srd is coloring her flag by copying/pasting pride month banter she sent after hours because she knew backlash would erupt during business hours. Attempting to project and vomit political views is beyond bad leadership, not to mention outside of job duties. Just because you copy HR doesn’t give you a free pass on propaganda. It’s July 4th this weekend—I look forward to that email Saturday evening. I recall that being a significant day in American history.

I actually think Todd knows what he’s doing. One by one those who are bitter, stuck in the past, burned out, or crying about a job millions would love to have - are leaving. Only the ones totally committed are standing up and fighting for the patients we help and our careers. That’s who we need here anyway! So charge on TN. Run every single cry baby out and let’s do work.

If only you knew what you were talking about....good people are being run out of this company. People who have spent years standing up and fighting for these patients. Your trust in Alkermes is admirable but misplaced.
 


















Cut the TBMs bonus while they do all the work but continue to pay the useless KAMs a full commission. I have 2 final interviews in the next couple weeks. Can’t wait to leave this ass backwards company.
