Why did the CEO of Tricida Gerrit Klaerner sell 4,000 shares of stock on July 16, 2020 the same day the stock plummeted 38.5%. Is it a coincidence or is the dude that brainless. Is this the reason why shareholders claim the company officers and directors have violated federal securities laws? Who is minding the store??
 






Sr execs stock sales are structured/dated per SEC rule 10b-5. Trades are pre-arranged (dates, number of shares Etc) and occur automatically. This helps
Prevent the appearance of insider trading.

Laughable, there aren’t any secure positions these days. Companies get bought and sold. People get laid off. Posts sound like an individual who enjoys seeing others fail when they take a chance. Bitter individual that must be a real life suck
 












Sales and marketing are toast given the current circumstances! Nothing can be done with the CRL being handed down. It's difficult to interview for other opportunities right now with the pandemic. Time to proactively move on since we won't be retained for long. Bye bye!

Time to reinvent yourself. This time interview with companies that actually have a future
 












I still think you former vitD folks made an excellent decision. You are getting paid substantially more to look for another job than those you left behind. And you don’t have Patty Lbs. to put up with.

A lot of blame to go around at OPKO but Patty Sandler is a complete idiot and ran sales into the ground. Worst leader I worked for.

WTF! There are no less than 5 law firms investigating Tricida for securities fraud and other crimes. I am an share holder and the GC and compliance stiff is an ex Jazz guy. What the hell is going over there?
