Toxic company

HE SHOULD BRING THE SHITTY MANAGERS WITH HIM.THEY ARE USELESS AND SHOULD ALL BE ELIMINATED. NOT ONE IS QUALIFIED TO DO ANYTHING. IT IS JUST THE ADAM'S LEFTOVERS COVERING EACH OTHERS ASS SINCE THEY ALL A BUNCH OF ASSWHOLES AND HAVE NO EXPERIENCE EXCEPT WITH THIS COMPANY. LOSERS!
 
























Rumor has it that a sales rep has Covid. Sad.
Terry will take good care of that rep who got Covid delivering OTC samples of Mucinex.. If the rep is a woman he may say inappropriate things. Hopefully this time the rep submits the recording to their attorney. A time when HCPs could care less about OTC due to the pandemic.. He will make sure a drone delivers zinc cocktails and he will make sure you all detail Mucinex and tell Docs that it is the next cure for Covid..
 






Toxic company, nepotism, favoritism, color, are valued ,not brains or performance. The company is Not transparent and the people in corporate do not work! Company is a big fasad!
 






This was once a great place to work. Unfortunately, the wheels fell off the wagon fast. The original managers started out behaving professionally, with some exceptions. Then, the bull shifting, back stabbing and preferential treatment towards friends they hired and cute little girls kicked in. Next came the truly unhinged promises unfulfilled, towards reps, docs and more. The hires with mental health issues then spun out, on both the management and rep level. This company has exceptional products. The med was and is history making, saving many from their downwar spiral. You can't do business without paying people and following through on promises. Mentally unstable and immature hires are poison in the water.
 






This is so true. It is the "Girls Club" from the top of leadership down as there is only 1 male manager left. Where is the diversity in the leadership team? The re-alignments were a joke!! Definitely favoritism was given to certain managers to guarantee them a region on the new 1 team platform. We are losing top reps because Reckitt won't pay to retain top talent. It's always about the budget or lack there for of. Not backfilling key territories is not the way to grow your business. It looks like we are shrinking! The company has changed and not for the better!!
 






There are way too many cooks in the kitchen and no workers. It’s hard to respect the leadership team when they have repeatedly gone after reps with passive aggressive behaviors. Reps are afraid to speak because the backlash from managers is so nasty. We def are not making enough money to put up with what is dished out. It seems to be very hard for the managers to just be nice.
 






The manager’s purposely try to take down the reps with reports and that has broken the trust with many. They forget or don’t care reps talk to each other and we all know the numerous shady and backhanded treatment incidents that have occurred. The pay is bad, a lot of special mathematicians doing number manipulation to pay reps out and often is extremely unbalanced.
