Make no mistake. Changes are on the way and will be big! The technical mumbo-jumbo content presented yesterday amounted to very little, if any, valuable information for the employees. We were only shown high level (vague) preliminary info on changes and some approximate number of staff members to be impacted . DR, and his minions (ZS included) are on "orchestrate" (or should I say, "scheme") mode. I said it before and say it again... this is only phase one. Phase two will be announced later in October. Lilly 2021 will be radically changed and will have a smaller footprint.

didnt you also say that they would anounce sales layoffs in september. That was false. You’re guessing like everyone else. The call laid out as well that the sales force is what works here at lilly, not the oversaturated associate positions in indy. Also it laid out multiple launches. They watched virtual call center marketing fail this whole last year. Im confident in my job, maybe you’re not confident in your ability and standing with the company chief.
