Matters not how good you are, only how much you cost the company. 90% of stay/go calculation is salary followed by your location. Cresset gold 1 year, bottom feeder the next, talent doesn't matter in pharma b/c it's not about selling, just making noise (share of voice), dropping samples, etc. Formulary drives sales, reps aren't selling anything, talent means little.
