They haven't been in the USA 50 years. They were nowhere to be seen until the crooks who hid the deaths at Telectronics due to Accufix landed there and did crooked things there. Then they began to grow using super dirty methods and independent reps. Then the folks who washed out of the big 3 saw it as a place to goto and die. That's what they are. They will always be. Old reps need a place to go die.

Same crooks that came from Cordis. It's a straight line. Biotronik was and is based on crooked practices. Worst in the industry.

Sunshine isn't AdvaMed. Any company that provided expense reimbursement or a corporate card but didnt report to CMS on TOVs is in for a world of hurt. That shit is federal law, not optional industry governance.

BIO is a participating AdvaMed member - SJM is not. Sunshine Act is law so nobody hides from it. So, get off of your high and mighty pedestal because docs (for the most part) don't give 2 shits about the Sunshine Act and if they do they appreciate keeping their name from popping up for an $11 lunch all over the place.
 












I know one reason why they wouldn't use BIO- outside of the US a certain lot have been known to turn up to formal meetings late, wearing jeans/ridiculous shoes and looking like they have no clue about what's going on. It doesn't do much for their credibility really.
