Top ten reasons a doc would use bio

But, you made the right decision, in any case

Thanks, it was only part of the decision, of course. In general, I found bio reps are not well thought of technically or in any way, for that matter. The company has a lot of suspicion around why anyone uses them. Integrity. Don't tell me all the companies cheat, that is clearly not the perception. Sorry, bio. Oops. Meant, sorry bio.

Shut the hell up douchebag! I've worked for BIO and BSC and I can guarantee they all pay for training cases, registries and they all have issues, don't throw stones, read up on St. Jude the past few years, Medtronic? Same issues, BSC? 50% of all class I recalls. There's good reps at all the companies and some dipshits at every company, BIO has them too, so stop w/all high and mighty BS. Just do your job, make a decent pay while being on call 5 nights/week and enjoy life man.....

Good decision not to go with Bio. Stj did a study to go after all bio business and stamp them out. After evaluating the few docs that implanted bio, stj decided it wasn't worth what it would cost. Bio is even more creative than stj and the doctors had issues that made it not worthwhile to convert. Beyotches.

Perhaps STJ should study making better devices....their role as distant third goes all the way back to a time when Biotronik's cozy relationships were of no concern to anyone.

Because the physician is being paid to 'train' new reps, even though he doesn't speak to the trainee.
Or perhaps because the physician is getting paid to participate in one of Bio's many clinical trials.

Just ask the guys in SC.

C'mon pick an original thought out of your brain AND don't think for a second that your holier than thou company doesn't do the exact same thing.

You've got it all wrong. BIO users choose BIO because of their DF1 technology, size and shape, record of reliability, and the superior performance of their TY lead.*

*sarcasm implied

Cmon, be original AND just what does any other company out there have to offer? Quad pole? A loop recorder? I am not even in CRM anymore but it seems that BIO is taking share from somebody somewhere EVEN without those toys in their bag.
