I'm sure the company knew that by not giving a percentage of reps bonuses, and using the weeks they did, it would cause a stir, they expected it and expected some of those reps to leave. It's all been figured in. They are a shitty company with shitty values and they don't give a rip!

Ok fair enough, then if you are such a go getter then why dont you spend your time and energy getting a better gig? If you know of a better place, do tell? If not stop complaining about stuff you cant/wont/never will change. Nobody cares if you stay here or use your "go getter" skills and roll out... life is too short and nobody likes a complainer!
There's a difference between telling it like it is and complaining, I know the difference and post the truth. Pro management cronnies can't tell the difference and call it complaining. Almost everyone is trying to get out, in case you haven't noticed, the economy makes it harder than it used to be, but it will happen eventually. In the mean time, I'll continue to be here "telling the truth".

This is no sales person that I've ever known, so I'd say it's a home office junkie, constantly posting from their computers how great they are, how lucky we are, but in reality they're justifying how the company is using the poor economy to screw us.

I did get a "new gig", I just come back every now and again to see how life at Mylan/Dey is going. So having spent a number of years at Dey and some time away I can say with out a doubt, Dey is a poorly run company with very little upside. The IC plan is horrible, not just for the "bad reps" but ironically for the top reps as well. I really don't care whether you believe me or not, but know that its the truth. Dey is sucking the life out of many good people.
