This place was a mess, an absolute mess, an organization that was run on panic. It was a bi-polar company like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I sat in a meeting and listened to Sr. Management say “you can’t trust the sales people. You have to verify everything. If you trust any of them, every single one of them will %$#^ you.” And that my friends, summed up how Sr. Managers looked at you. Met and worked with a lot of good people. District managers and sales people were a very good bunch. Strativa choked because of the purchase of some really bad products, not the sales force.
