I got cut after the Zup/Ora fiasco. It was a total blessing in retrospect. I feel bad for the people for whom this is their first pharma job. Not all companies are this poorly run and corrupt. I will give them credit though, they taught me how to sell, because those drugs were absolute shit.

Did AD and BH leave or were they forced?
 












AD never saw it coming. I heard RP turned on him because over the last 2 years he has never gone to bat for anyone. Think about that 12 managers, 130 reps, and not once did Adam run across one situation where he thought I need to go to RP and advocate for a worthy employee. What a selfish prick. Any of the managers will tell you that he has always been out for only himself.
 












Verified BH was fired. What a major unethical prick. He was the biggest, most crooked a-hole I have ever know. I hate it when anyone loses thier job, but this guy deserved it. The only reason it took this long was everyone above him was just as crooked at SHITEVA.
 






#29.....you need to ease off of BH. Do your homework before you pop off at the mouth. Brad was very direct and hated lazy reps that always had an excuse. I bet you were one of them.

Lazy? I would say that the majority of the Strativa sales force hated the lazy people at home office. No real person working on formulary coverage, no marketing campaigns, horrible copay discounts, lack of experience and know how from district managers, lame contests except for the Q4 challenge, no communication from members of senior leadership, promotions that were obviously due to the "buddy" system, etc, etc. Oh yeah, it goes both ways.
 


















I saw brad at the new Orleans meeting ask a rep to step outside during the big dinner, because the guy sat in his seat. He grab the guys collar and RP had to step between them. What a leader. Only at strativa does a guy like that not get canned
