No wonder strativa is in a death spiral. The run off the talent (you have to treat taken well because talent always has other options). What are you left with? People that no one eles wants and a few with potential but without the experience to get on sonewhere else. So that's your team, "never will be's" and "don't know what they don't knows". I don't understand why it's not working!
 












That's a great point. Look at the management team. Jackie has six months of experience and she's a senior Manager. Jeff-0, kristy-0, mark-0, Rob-2years, Fooladi-1yr, Andy 2 yrs, James 3yrs. Pauly-0 in sales ops.
 










































Some of the sales reps were doing their jobs had great numbers and great relationships with doctors and were still cut. So, who's to blame again? Most of the reps are not to blame.
 






Who to blame?!? How about this.

Megace ES can no longer be sold in the nursing homes. Why? 1) lawsuit over it being sold off indication and 2) megestrol was added to the Beers list in late 2011. Plans have stopped covering it so they do not get sued. Doctors have stopped rxing it so they don't get sued.

So, cut the $65+ million in MES sales in half, maybe more. So now you have two products that are WAY overpriced and doing about $40-$50 million in sales annually. Keeping 50 reps is too much and the business can't support it.

For those left, keep looking for a new job. For those that were cut, I hope you got a good package and good luck.

Most people understood that this thing was cooked as of mid 2011 once Oravig and Zuplenz were dropped, but some still stayed as the company bled over the last 1.5 yrs.

I used to work here a few years ago. Im glad someone in home office knows to keep the salesforce in the loop. Its that way at every company. I started looking after a few weeks of working here knowing this was never a long term position. What happened to BH and the other IDIOTS that ran (in the ground) this company. Do tell??? I could never believe how this place was run. Worst company I was ever associated with. It was always reaction instead of planning. But I am wondering what has gone on lately and who (finally) got the AX??? Those guys have run off reps who are now area directors at other companys. Bet they never work in pharma again. Would love to see their resumes across my desk from our recruiters!!! Would F with them beyond beleif!!! So what took place at Strativa?????? Everyone including those douchbags knew this day would come. No I dont want to supersize my order!!!
 












wow - time has finally come huh. Who's left, the rest of the incompetants. This place is definitely a resume killer, no matter what level you are. One of the first posters hit it on the head - managers are fresh out of their diapers with no true experience - just luck. What comes around goes around.
