Easy to say instead of addressing or even acknowledging the problems. Still here because we have families. Bc we have, or used to have, loyalty to a company we helped build. A lot of us have been looking forward to launching a new drug and this shift in culture as of late has caught us off guard and left us hopeful it isn’t permanent but disappointed that it’s still the situation. Not a lot of companies hiring during a pandemic but expect many good people have and will continue to leave.

you are gonna sit there and play dumb? You are paying us on growth when growth is virtually impossible. Even our CEO said on the earnings call that we will continue to bleed and maybe it will even out but there is no more growth. How can you justify that? We made you the hundreds of millions of dollars. Supernus will continue to make 100+ million every Q but this quarter and next, we will not make a penny.

They have to keep costs down. The Gold Card was great for bonuses but terrible for the stock price. Investors should have asked more question to find out the truth. Our leaders were untruthful about the gold card to investors actually they never mentioned that we were paying the retail cost of rxs for 12 month. They had a bunch of chances to answer the question correctly when asked about the ridiculous amount of gross to net deductions and they kept saying it was because of the high deductible plans that we enhance in Q1 (that’s BS). They also said it gets better each quarter after Q1. That didn’t happen for 2 and a half years! That is one of the main reasons you are not seeing the bonus plans we had before.

I understand all this. However, bonus plan sucks and growth for TXR is out of the question.

A raise just because???? Is this not the epitome of entitled? Listen to yourself! What company just throws around raises just because consistently? A lot has happened in 2020 and Supernus has still set itself up to buy a company during a pandemic and launch a drug if all goes well in a few months. Bonuses were paid starting at negative growth for crying out loud! Just because the nation is down that doesn’t mean you have to be. There are still patients that need our drugs. This is pathetic. That contract salesforce will NEVER plug the hole of leaking scripts. Who are they even going to call on my number 36 family practice that hasn’t written a script in 7 years??? Good luck even getting in the front door you bums

While there’s some truth to what’s being said here...actively sh*t posting your own company, pointing out challenges everyone knows exist, and rooting for its demise all behind the cloak of anonymity is truly pathetic.

Get a hobby that’s not cafepharma. Or maybe go call on your 36 and get a script.

The average bonus payout per rep for Q3 will be less than $1500 per rep. That's pathetic.

Continuing to do the same thing over and over again is what has gotten our stock in the position its in now. Look for solutions instead of copying and pasting the same thing over and over and over and over and over again. You are what's wrong with this company.

Look how easy it was to get under your skin. Seriously though, ask yourself why you devote so much time and energy on a daily basis to trashing the company you work for on a anonymous board. I’m not worried about Supernus. I’m worried about you. Everyone here knows the downsides of this company, but obviously we stick around for the potential upside. Keep in mind that I started this by acknowledging *most* of what you’re saying is true. It’s just really hard to see the benefit of constantly talking about it. If you can show me how your life, your colleagues’ lives, or Supernus as a whole gets better by doing what you’re doing then I’ll back off.

well, we can’t be honest with management. If we try then we are “ negative” and we will have a target on our back. This is one way of us voicing frustration. Don’t bulls$&t me, you know it’s the truth.
