No we get it. Ethicon reps shouldnt be in the OR anyway other than the initial inservice. However standing in the corner texting all morning feeling cool in scrubs is good work if you can get it! Useless but good work.

This is so accurate. Sell - in-service - follow-up. No need to sit around the OR. There are too many reps that do this and I say why not go golfing?
 












Funny.....you need to see the rosters....there are a lot of vacant territories across all of ESC, people have left, just wish the rosters were written in pencil, would make it easier to change the names.

Actually, the turnover rate is lower than the normal planned yearly rate. We were expecting a bit more turnover.

Hasn't anyone noticed that if youre not drinking the Koolaid and being a robot you are now considered a rotten sales rep? I've always been the highest performer on my team but because I choose to put my customer first, I'm always given the worst ratings. This place sucks and I'm soooo glad I'm out of here. A great place to be FROM

Spot on regarding culture here especially lately. You cannot really speak to the challenges of the new roles unless you want a target put on your back. Glad you made it out I am working on it.

Just spoke to a recruiter and she said, "Ethicon! - That is great...Ethicon is a great place to be from." Word for word!
