This place is screaming for new leadership

For years when performance was in doubt the leadership would just turn the salesforce over. At this point the salesforce has been turned over so much, the majority of the people here have zero pharma experience. The salesforce has nothing to do with the current state of affairs.

You are telling me that we are going to keep these same has-beens in the position of leadership and let them sink this company completely into the ground??! WE NEED NEW BLOOD!! Snce launch we got rid of 1 toxic POS that was sent to Canada. That man will never reclaim his old job. Send everyone else to Canada too. I don't care. Lets just move on! None of these people have had an ounce of decency to step down and give someone else a chance. The people currently in leadership should never be recycled into other positions of leadership within the company neither. These people need to leave immediately.

Most who were part of the Covid debacle are still in the same positions of leadership. For GOD sakes, thats reason enough to get rid of these people. I have never seen anything like this!!!!!!

You need to find another industry because things are never going to change in a corrupt industry that ONLY cares about profits.

Profit is good if you are doing good.

This industry doesn't do that. There are a handful of very good products out there (Metformin comes to mind, and there are so life saving medication that are wonderful as well), but my guess is well over 95% of all products in this industry do more harm.

Whoever posted this did it to be funny! This man has ruined an endless number of lives and careers. Never has been top performer either. Directors and overall leadership are put in place for life. The japanese have created " the next in line " style of managing the US. We are now a dumpster fire. You have to pay your people.
 


















Myrbetriq now sells itself. You need to sell Veozah. You don't do that but you got paid. Even without bonus, you are being paid for not doing what you are paid to do, so be happy and ride it while it lasts. It won't last long.

Can you please for the sanctity of the Lord take a look at some of the reports that can sent out weekly before you post something so stupid! We have sold Veozah over and over and over and over again. Its not being paid once we get away from Sonexus and Co-pay cards. Please pay attention. The salesforce has succeeded in doing the job! The other departments have failed us. MR, LF, LN, DM, JO and all of the underlying bosses responsible in the health insurance contracts have failed.
 






Everyone I know here now living and working in fear and loathing. Tracking signature timestamps is one thing, but doing it at the same time as taking away commissions...This place is going to implode. Yeah I get it, the stuff isn't selling, no one sees the need for it, and when they do there's no coverage and it's very hard to get... But wow. This place was good while it lasted.
 






SO WHO FROM LEADERSHIP IS RESIGNING OR BEING PUT ON 6 MONTH ASSIGNMENT???? The news has to drop soon. The new fiscal year is right around the corner. Someone has to be held accountable for this disaster. I give Northbrook leadership a 1.2 below expecations and about a 0 summit club average. Remember you put the reps through this funky review process for years. If a representative performed half as bad as leadership has, the rep would gone in the blink of an eye. Be put on plan, accused of compliance infraction, Joe Pesci from Capital would be sent to smoke the rep out, or accused of some crazy call metric done wrong. They always find way. This company has gone through thousands of representatives. We must send the correct message showing leadership is not exempt from the same treatment the sales reps. have been put through. Leadership doesn't sit on a gold throne. We need change now. It has to happen soon. Someone must step down. Leaderships existence will be a miserable one if they don't make changes.
 






While on the topic of worthless positions at this company, let's address "Associate DIrector of Field Excellence" do we know what these turds do to justify the piles of cash they are thieving away?

- Protect what we have in Community Specialties. We have sales personnel actively departing Astellas every day. Restructure salaries and incentivize your current field force in CS to sell both products in the bag. This includes the nearly 180 new employees recently brought into the company that are severely underpaid. Change the culture at Astellas regarding pay. Change the tarnished reputation so we could attract more talent.
- VP's under MR need to be evaluated and put on plans for departure. This is a big source of problems.
- Eliminate strategic accounts division
- Restructure manage markets. Heads need to roll here. Weakest division at Astellas.
- Hire new analytics team and IC team
- DOWNSIZE NORTHBROOK
- Hospital , Oncology, Iveric BIO?

These are leftover soldiers from that reign of terror that was sent packing to the adjacent country.

I wish to end the tenure of these directors that have remained in the same position for close to two decades. These directors need to move on. Its time. You must give others a chance.Go to Northbrook and create positive change.

Sadly it'll never happen. Just like in Washington, these self-congratulating fools will keep sucking on the teat of the sales force until were nothing but dried husks, while whipping us with all the new metric demands, big brother abuse, and signature chasing. It's quite staggering how fast this company culture has completely disintegrated. NO ONE is happy right now. If they sent that survey right now, they would be horrified with the results, but still simultaneously blame it on us. Just shut up you bunch of ungrateful whiners and get some more signatures! Oh, and do it while we're not going to give you any more Myrbetriq samples. Go go go!!!!

This company is unrecognizable from the company I hired into. No one in sales is happy…literally NO ONE. I don’t care what division or BU you are in, this company is sucking the life out of all of us with unattainable and frankly reckless goals, crazy metrics and an IC plan that is an obvious cost-cutting measure. Corp: Do you think your employees are stupid?! WE SEE YOU!

If you really want to cut costs, get rid of the fat - KAMs and other do-nothing roles in Commercial Ops who are not responsible for any actual sales. Yoyr sales reps are all looking for different jobs. Professionals in this industry don’t stay where we aren’t making money. Period. It’s very sad but I expect to see this company implode sooner rather than later.
