Because they only look at women as objects instead of valuable members of the team. The highest producers in this company are women but no one has ever asked a women to be an rd. there is a glass ceiling in this organization for women. I always feel a little uncomfortable around home office personnel because they just stare and comment on everyone woman they see. Managed care coverage in most states. It is hard enough selling antiquated products but when you add into the fact that the insurance coverage sucks it doesn't provide a winning situation. Every presidents club winner came from states that are wide open with coverage. Did you ever look into that geneous!!! You execute you pompous ass!!!!
 












Screw you complainer! Most PC winners are all talented and hard working selling machine. It's not states, those are excuses... All mentors preach- hard work, dedication, faith, and most important execution equals to success. "NO EXCUSES". Insurance bs..what a joke whoever wrote it, you are a looser!

I am so glad to be working with such professionals. Have you ever noticed that someone is always viewing this site? Careful what you say because we are being monitored. Can't disagree with the managed care poster. I also live in a non favorable state and it is very hard to hit goal each quarter because we are at a huge disadvantage. Unrestricted states have a huge advantage but I'm sure the hot president club winners worked hard as well. It would be nice if we got a little bit if a break with insurances. I don't agree with everything that had been said about GE but it is a development area for him. I know he has experience but for so e reason not using to help in my area. I hear yelling but I don't see him making an impact. Just hope something changes soon or we should look for someone willing to do the tough tasks.
 






A hole you improve your managed care and not put the blame on GE. Aren't you the ram ahole? Blame yourself for not on managed care. Are you asking MD or BB to assist? Most ram here doesn't know their job so stop point finger at GE. He is the man with a masterplan.

What in the hell does any of this mean? Did you even read this before you posted?
 












I know is this company has ruined more peoples live than any Other place I have worked with before. I swear that there has to be at least a 60 to 70% turn over ever year.
 












Wake up LW !!! gE is the worst and you look like a fool keeping him around. He is a yes man the whole way. Please get someone that can think independently and get our company back on its feet again. Seriously, put down the cigs and think through it, you are a smart guy.
