It's not wasteful crap, goes back to the post where reps are still killing it with pain creams. They now also offer pain patches that reimburse just as much as creams do. Take your head out of your ass and follow a thread huckleberry.
 






There is no way people are making 500K on PAIN CREAMS. This is a commodity with nothing special or specialty compounds that make up these creams. These are just that CREAMS. People have been saying this nonsense for years on this site but have never seen actual proof of this or heard it from someone credible. If these CREAMS were that lucrative medium or large pharma would have been in this business LONG LONG ago. Get a life already!!

sorry you missed the boat chump, but everybody and their mother has gotten involved in this and the market is flooded. You know why?? because people are making fortunes doing it. Thats why many large ortho offices have their own compound pharmacies now. Ask any of your physicians about this and they will laugh at you and show you a drawer full of script pads from 20 different companies, there is a reason why everybody is selling it. Only makes sense if you are great friends with the Dr. If you have heard about this for years and never jumped on the bandwagon, then shame on you for not having entrepreneurial spirit, this is why you are and always will be a pharma rep. And regarding the 500k, know many that made much more than that, however, it is down about 50% from that now.

Yes, it's a scam, actually, I'm just saying that because i am jealous and it sounded to good to be true. Wish I didn't listen to all the naysayers, Now it truly is too late. I do know of 3 reps at Mallinckrodt that did very well with it.
 






Eventually it's going to backfire. Docs are going to get burned. Relationships will be ruined. It costs 35 dollars to make a tube of the cream and they bill thousands sometimes. It's a scam!

r***** pharma rep, you have to stop thinking like a pharma rep all the time. Are all medical devices a "scam". A titanium plate costs 50$ but bills out $2300. A bone stimulator costs about $100 and Medicare pays $3300.00. Is that a scam too even though Medicare reimburses that much. Sorry you missed the boat on making in 1 month what you make a year.
 


















My pain cream sales are down as well, anyone having luck with the pain patches? they are reimbursing about $2600 but pharmacy takes cost out. Still making an extra 6k/month doing this but way down from it's heyday last year making 20k/month.

This is for the birds. Why sell "creams" when it's easy to make 100k/month selling cocain in the parking lot of my top pain clinics. Really no one cares anymore about how you rip off the system get over it and waste you posts in endo or purdues board.

You are a horsed tooth jackass pharma rep, wake up and smell the bath salts, you are jealous you missed the boat on this terrific opportunity that gets patients off of addictive pain pills. Keep ripping off the system selling pills that cost pennies to make but charge buku $ for a script. Now go order Panera for that fat nurse Maryanne who told you what they wanted for lunch tomorrow.

Any rep not doing this on this side is a fool. I started last year and put it in my wires name. Paid off our house. Better than selling the overpriced Mallinckrodt meds
