Good to see some people really understand. This had to have been a fight led by those who have left or are ready to retire because no one, I mean no one, wants to be reduced to an hourly worker. The laws are so strict. Scheduled breaks and lunch time, punching a clock, any overtime has to be approved, no pay for driving to and from first and last call and more. Every activity in the day tracked like nothing you have seen before. The best discussions about this say there will be far fewer reps in hourly, menial positions. Then additions of other kinds of roles that are salaried.
