They know that...?

That's true. My offer letter did not say anything about 30% of the OnCall bonus being based on "call quality". Now, we have 5 components of "call quality", one of which is "goal attainment", that we have to satisfy the dm on.

As a matter of fact, my offer letter states a specific monthly bonus, and all it says is:

"Requires you completing at least 96% of your targeted calls for the month (obtain signature from targeted physicians)."

I don't see the point in an offer letter if they can make changes as it suits them?

Clarification on the quarterly bonus

The quarterly bonus is IN ADDITION to our OnCall contractual monthly bonus. Pfizer is actually offering more money than our contracts originally stated.

Hey, are you not getting it? They changed our monthly bonus to what is now a quarterly bonus...GET IT???? Not talking about this so called Pfizer bonus. And it is now based on what your manager thinks of your call, not just achieving reach and frequency.

My manager was put on notice and he/she keeps telling me they are working on it and trying to be fair. The fair thing is HONOR THE AGREEMENT IN OUR OFFER LETTER!!!!! If I don't get my monthly bonus that I have in writing for achieving my call goals then I am going straight to an attorney and will have ON CALL on a plate!!! Management better wake up and stop this bullshit, because all they are doing is collecting interest on the money and then paying us quarterly. I better get paid like I was told in writing or I'm going to sue...YOU HERE THAT ONCALL???? Everyone knows you watch this board, and next I will go to the Pfizer board with a scanned copy of the contract I signed with all the aspects that you offered for employment.

Okay Mr. Lawsuit. You will waste more money with an attorney than you will ever see. You will see no money because it is such a small amount to begin with. Get a clue. By the way - I'm married to an attorney and they laughed at your threat. Take the job as it is or leave it.

It is small pay to begin with. But if you want part time it is perfect.

Tell the managers this is part time. Sounds like all of them have Pfizer folks breathing down their necks for tons of calls. This company gets 2 days a week of my time, nothing more.

Oh really, well your husband or wife or significant butt fucker must be an ambulance chaser, because I have a written contract from the company and proof that the agreement was breeched in the marketing call slides. I've already shown it to an attorney and he used the words "slam dunk" and he never uses that term so have your spouse brush up on contract agreements.

LOL please tell me this is a joke

Well, you could have your day on Judge Judy but that may be a stretch. A small $500 a month vs $500 a quarter is hardly worth ANY licensed attorney's time. They earn more per hour to read the paper. Suck it up or move on.

Biggest issue I see now is that every single little office has its own very restrictive policy about what day and what time they will see reps. Some expect you to bring lunch if you want to speak with the doctor(s). Some offices that have multiple OB/gyns in them have different days for the different docs within the group. And different OB/gyns within a group have different surgery days, which are not on a set schedule.

Additionally, I have a fairly rural territory with some 50 to 70 mile runs in it. Wouldn't be a big problem if you worked 5 days a week to make it all work out, but when you are set up for 2.5 days/week it is practically impossible to pull this off geographically.
