Ventiv knows too much about the Cephalon employees to consider them as viable employees. The exception may be interviewing them just to seem them beg for a job paying a fourth to a third of what they make now.

Actually that would be 1/4 to 1/3 LESS than what they are making now; not OF what they are making now.
And Ventiv managers aren't unprofessional enough to get pleasure out of watching them crawl. They may not hire them, but they won't humiliate them either.
