It is very obvious that non-inVentiv people are creating these negative threads. They are either unhappy ex-employees who think that prospective employees will read them and not want to join inVentiv, or they are started by someone outside the company who gets some sort of personal satisfaction by slamming inVentiv.
Either way, it doesn't matter. People who actually work for inVentiv know it is a good company and a great place to work.
 












What are you fucking smoking??? You need to get off that crack pipe and come back down to reality. The only person that would post ANYTHING positive about Inventiv would be the CEO or upper management.
 






Your 110% wrong!!! It's a few new hires that came over from big pharma. The brilliant recruiters have more 'talent' in the pool to pick from so instead if hiring me back ( worked with Ventiv for 8 yrs) they decide to pick someone with a better resume. Reality is that the new hires aren't working. If they do leave the house it's for a few hours. They feel entitled to more and it's not happening.

So blame yourself Ventiv, you weeded out the loyal workers that been with you for years for the big pharma rep.

This sounds about right. Over 15 yrs with Inventiv and still no call back. I see postings for opportunities in my area and I've applied but again, no response.

Speak for yourself Mr. inventiv shareholder. I do work here and it is the worst possible job around. The pay sucks, the managers suck and if I had any options I would say to stick it up your ass. I will say it when i get something else until then i hardly work at all and have no respect for the contract or my job. Fuck off ass.

I'm just wondering why all of these brilliant, super-sales people are working for Inventiv if they think that it sucks so badly. Here's a tip: it's 2011, slavery is illegal; no one can make you work for Inventiv. If Inventiv sucks so badly, quit and go get a job that is as fabulous as you.

You just said Ventiv has "sales" people. You pharma reps continuing to think of yourselves as "sales" people really never does get old. Funniest shit I've ever heard.

There are people from everywhere on CP idiot. Current employees, xemployees, and people from other companies. You are dumber than you look. I think the idea here is that there does not seem to be a single one of us happy with our Contract job. CSO are the worst paid reps available and we have no future past this. It is a hard thing to acccept but I have because I have tried to move on and no one will hire me. Keep telling yourself you have a good temporary job. Does mommy still wash your underwear?

OK. Once again someone is confirming the title of this thread. If you don't work for inVentiv (which you don't) then you have no credibility to come on the inVentiv site and make up lies about the worth of the company or of working here. Go cry somewhere else.
 






You are right. Every one of them talks about Being out of Pharma or uses terms that confirm they don't work for inVentiv. And it looks like several of the negative threads were all started by the same person. It's nice to actually see some real employees standing up for the company
 


















Always a cop out. It must be management. Who else would try to convince us we have good jobs? Just go the F*** away. I am a sales rep, I work for inVentiv and I have a good job. YOU are obviously NOT and DON'T and DON'T.
