There is quite a bit of turn over going on in the Chicago Region.

12 calls a day!?! Try a territory where the average is 7! Im not dogging you, I think management is shit all over this company, but weve got 1.75% share and weve got great coverage. Getting three additional rxs out of this territory is like pulling teeth. Access issues, two hour drive times and over saturation/hyper frequency on docs that do see reps is the problem, but most managers were promoted when they sold lx in a branded market. Totally different animal these days but the dipshits dont get it.

Wow you people still do not get it, the ENTIRE point to your job and the only way to maintain its security is to get signature. That is the forest law, you live by the sword or die by the sword. They want to know where you are with time stamps all day long..........how do they do this, with signatures. And the DM's pull this shit all the time when they do ride withs with pod members, they find the biggest ass kiss in the pod and have them spy on the other reps and then they pull receipts, gas logs, time stamps and pull the logs on the laptops for first sig vs. last call of day. Forest has been doing this shit for years!!!! This is how the DM's are trained, and being the DM's are so impacted by authority they are the perfect puppets afraid of their own shadows so they "comply with the RD at all costs"....

WE GET IT!! IT IS DRILLED INTO OUR HEAD EVERY WEEK!! It didn't use to be this way and we are not robots so of course, we are going to voice our opinion when we are pushed to get signatures vs. actually taking the time to talk to our high prescribers. I would prefer to sit for 2 hours to talk to my highest prescribing physicans then run around trying to get low prescribers to sign for samples!!!

Um, hellooooooo? Of course we would all prefer to sit with one or two great independent business clients-high relationship docs- for 2 hrs a day and champion them for more scripts and have meaningful conversation about disease state, competition, and finding avenues to get more out of the people who like us and trust us as their resource for the product space.

BUT that is not reality and not what FRX is paying you for, you are paid to not make 2 hour calls, you are paid and micromanaged to make 10-12 calls in a robotic hyper filled fashion and to time stamp all of your activity so the DM can "see" what you are doing and where you are at all day every day that you work. First call before 9 and you better have a signature after 4pm. I have seen so many great reps worked out over the last few years for not having first call vs. last call time windows checked off. DM's are trained and are on the war path to verify all rep's daily activity logs. That is the number ONE priority at FRX. You either conform and be a robot meaningless caterer or you are quickly and miserably worked out and embarrassed in front of your peer. You're choice.

What is up with all the people leaving the Chicago region? There's a mass exodus going on right now & word on the street indicates that more will continue to leave. Is Luke (& April) not concerned at all? The typical response from Forest Mgmt is that all the people who left sucked anyway so good riddance! That's not the case now. There are good & bad people that recently left. What the hell is going on in Chitown?
