Why is there so much hate here? There are people that still want to be employed. If you don't want to be at Genentech or, if you are not and you cannot get over not being here, how about being nice for once, and control your own career? Make the choice! I agree with you. I love being here, and am working with some of the most talented people I ever have ever known. I want to be able to stay and thrive here.
We work our asses off and while all of these changes are scary and naturally, getting in the way a bit, I only know of one or two CS’s that say they will be fine and go do something else.

I can’t wait until you get the axe first. Surely your attitude is obvious to everyone who even walks near you. Why do you take so much pleasure in belittling others?

I’ve been through layoffs at other companies. I was fine with that. I would really like to stay here as I love my job and actually doing something important for patients.

Can you say that? I doubt it because my guess it you were laid off from here already and you are coming back just to shit on others.

The feeling is mutual my euro globalists. Roche has never shown to be a competitive company, except in the ego department. Most of us are out of here as soon a you pay us!! I don’t play for BS artist losers like Roberts, glad he can read.

Not accurate. There are other business units besides oncology. Other companies are soliciting Genentech field employees because of their expertise in specific specialties or disease states. Maybe that’s the case for Oncology but not in MS, Respiratory, and Ophthalmology.
