Really??? How long will we continue to polish a turd and hope it turns into a diamond. I have stayed on hoping that this would turn around but it's going to be another tough year in 2023 is what I have been told. That means making target bonus will be an exceptional and there will be no bonus multipliers (AGAIN).

So, please ask Kate to explain on her next video why she supports this failed model, again?
 












Those two clowns are about as competent as Alexander. None of these tools know anything about actual revenue generation. They like success stories that have been pulled from one's arse.
 






We need some medical device people in here who know how to be hungry and sell and let those that want to sell do so. It’s crazy to me that we have already coincided to our competitors. We are becoming a joke in the industry! NFM should be an interesting one!

All true sales people are leaving or have already left. Dean and his merry band of FRM's actually believe they impact revenue in this model. He has surrounded himself with incompetents and posers. Funny thing is, he doesn't realize it.

So funny, "the right people." That explains it all. The wrong people are in leadership and made the wrong decision rolling out the wrong business model. No other company has done this successfully because its completely WRONG!! Once Papa Roche gets its head out of its ass and looks in to how unsuccessful the ecosystem is and the way the "wrong people" kept jobs in leadership, the ship/ company will become successful again. Until then good luck..
 






HD's will be required to ride 1-2 times per quarter with TAM's. TAM's have been treated like Reps since the stupid model went into place, It's only going to get worse this year.
 


















This company is a science company. We had clinically superior data not great leadership or marketing. All the clinical misses over the has 10 years tells me that our science side of the business need an over haul. Kate and dean are in cover their ass mode now.
