Stop worrying about who we are, where we come from, what our net worth is (hint: more than you will ever earn) and what our relationship is to this lab, Shuel, Sheil. Schmeal or whatever you call it. Try getting up early tomorrow, stay off of these forums and put in an honest days work. Report back at the end of the day and we can review your progress. Hope this helps.

The only people that he can accuse are also at Sherman, and the other half is at AccReference.

However, Quest obviously is clueless, their executive team is probably preparing Steve Rusckowski's remarks for when he is on stage at the NSM.

We have the criminal conspiracy and the villains who are going wild and tortured with guilt and shame. Then there is you, the courageous hero, fighting for truth and justice. There are also tales of drug use, fraud and other flashy crimes with plenty of co-conspirators and complacent bystanders and no good story would be complete without the victim, a great American company and their shareholders. What worries me, son, is that you think this forum is called Cafe Farma. I know the labor market is tight, but do we no longer require a high school equivalency to work as an RSR? As limited as the personnel are in this position, they are still “representing” Quest Diagnostics. Is it really necessary to scrape the absolute bottom of the barrel? Customer orders cannot be purchased and they are not owned by anyone other than the consumer who pays for the service. Quest Diagnostics paid for a business opportunity and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Now get back to your route, son. My clients require timely pick ups. Tell me, is ok to take business as a Quest Sales Representative from Quest then send to another lab(Sherman Abrams or AccuReference) while still employed by Quest?

Furthermore, read your Non Compete. It does not allow one to go in any accounts for a given period of time.

Quest Management, you need to look at every account and every specimen on a weekly basis. You have half the people at Sherman Abrams, and half the people at Accurate. The Ex VP is unemployed, if you believe that one... I have a bridge to sell you!! You know where he is, his team is in full force along with Andy.

Do you have any idea how much damage the former Quest/Shiel reps.can cause? They are professional sales people.They are not recent graduates. Wake up and Enforce the non-employment agreements and the non-competes. They are currently at ACCU-Reference and Sherman trying to get your business.What is1 million dollars for private investigators to a major corporation who shareholders should be their only concern. The truth will be uncovered within 30 days. You will realize that some current employees and former have continued to set up disgruntled accounts at SHERMAN or ACCU-REFERENCE. The V.P. was a part of the cover up for the past 15 months. Now that he is gone it should be much easier to recognize what accounts have moved by the activity reports. An example is GHI/Hip and Blue Cross HMO. They are a problem for small regional labs.The account would still have Quest activity but the volume would be done because of the medicare, United/Oxford and Health First activity for the past 12 months.They have been making fools of a leader in the Clinical lab. industry.
