Indy is a ghost town, people are jumping ship like it's the Titanic, there are 45 diabetes reps calling on the same customers and the other divisions are beginning to manage activities. What a friggin joke this company has become. That being said, I will continue to laugh all the way to the bank!

Maybe our fearless leaders should spend more time on the pipeline and less on the stock pump

Really, this is not the only company in buyback mode, and it's killing our economy. We are forecast for 0% GDP growth this quarter. That's a minor ummmm problem

This company is worse then ever. So much a--kissing, it's ridiculous. Diabetes reps and bi reps all falling over each other over products that are no big thing. More conference calls, more bs. When will lolly learn?

CAS/MH rolled into BMBU June 5. Reallocation announced to mgt June 25 (via conf call, then 1 on 1 calls, no live meetings). Announced to field (via conf call, then 1 on 1 calls) June 26. Most reps will get 3 months severance (less 40% tax on avg).

Don't think they're going to give 3 months, gotta buy back more stock.

Nice try. Not at all accurate.

Totally accurate. DM's are running around like cockroaches trying to find a landing spot. Aren't sharing info with teams because they are trying to save their own butts which in most cases means taking a rep job. Will be interesting to come on here in June and see the reactions once announced. Would think people would be happy to get a heads up. Many DM's already know.

The worst is that other companies have learned not to hire former Lilly sales reps and managers. They know that we are service people who can't sell and would freak out if we ever had to deliver sales performance.

All of BM is useless, but these 2 "teams" take the prize. The mgt is arrogant and lazy except when it involves self preservation and promotion. Nauseating-so glad to be out!!
