The End is Near

How does anyone think that USL is legit? The latest district meetings were terrible. EVERYONE or anyone who has brains knows this is the worst company in America. Let's see how many more Rxs we can get from all the other specialties except Neuros. How about the new forecasts that are based on migraine numbers, not seizure....NEWS FLASH-usl has a serious problem. Let's see if usl can go a few more quarters without paying their sales force a bonus. A handful getting paid and 90%-tough sh.t! But wait, all those idiots in the home office are getting promoted to BIGGER TARDS!

Did they tell you guys they just jacked the price 60% on your "generic"? So much for all that bs about changing the industry and making meds affordable. Sound like a classic bait and switch to me. Wait till your docs find out

What do you expect? This place seems to value nodding in agreement over anything else. That will only get you so far.

You all need to get a clue and leave this company!! It will never get any better, only worse! No strategy, just people who have no clue what to do with this sales force, as Neurologists see all of us. So continue on a dead strategy with a "non-generic" and call it what you like. Dr's see it for what it truly is, nothing in the market. Best luck!!

I'm going to go out on limb here and ask a question with hope someone is mature enough to answer it. I hate to sound sarcastic but reading these posts there is a lot of complaining with little to no ideas on how to change or examples of what the root cause is. Makes it hard to feel for the complainer.

Here goes: I noticed that the Chattanooga area is open within Upsher. Wondering why it is open (fired, resigned, promotion, etc..) Is Qudexy the only product that the CNS division promotes? How is the manager for this area? I looked at the website and it looks like you manufacture a name brand and generic of Qudexy...??? How does that work? Is that not a conflict of interest? Any real input is appreciated. I'm somewhat happy where I am at but feel very underpaid so I'm interested in a move.

Thanks in advance.

It is so sad to admit I was in management at this company and this is the top down attitude..."if you don't like it, leave." What a horrible attitude! No wonder people are leaving. You told them to, rather than taking any feedback. Gross.

Sadly you are right. Ironically they keep espousing that they want new ideas and want to do things differently. Only if it is their idea fed to them by their consultants. How's that working out?!

Most insecure bunch of "leaders" I have ever seen.

I go to work every day and work approximately 10 hours a day. I'm doing the best I can to grow my territory but honestly I am definitely losing faith in Management here. Who has a call with the entire country and put everyone on mute so that we can't question our commission plan that we should've gotten three months ago? Who hires someone with lawsuits pending from Johnson & Johnson as a national sales manager with lawsuits that include harassment towards women in the workplace? People don't leave Johnson and Johnson unless they're forced out. We need some serious management changes here because if we don't get them within the next 18 months I have a very good feeling this tire company will be gone. Like I said I haven't mentally checked out as of yet but honestly I don't have that feeling now that I did years ago when I first started

There is a hiring freeze from what I have been told

I would stay away from USL! These guys from Supernus who have no pharma experience are killing us with Trokendi XR. We can't hardly get one script with our generic or "brand". I'm not sure how they do it. I mean their conversations are a joke but we can't gain any ground on them. Our mobe monitor should really be helping us with the neuros but they just don't understand. We tried promoting our generic first in hopes to get substitutions from Trokendi XR but that didn't work and now we offer a free 30 day trial and copy Trokendi XR's $0 copay cards. I really hope this works!! I think it's amazing how these reps from Supernus with no pharma experience can generate 60 scripts a week and I can only get 2 a week. They must promote off label or maybe, just maybe.... They want it more than we do! Maybe sales is sales, regardless what industry you come from. It's called promote and protect! Figure out what moves your customer, most of you "experienced pharma" reps are just F'n lazy and wanna bitch about this and that. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a US rep deflated. You lazy turds think you can get a free meal off my labor, you better think again. I think it's interesting how someone with no pharma experience can generate a 12% market share in 16 months but hey, what do I know, I'm just some clueless pharma rep.

This is clearly a Supernus rep but never the less this is absolutely true. Nobody goes to work anymore why would we when its POINTLESS!!!

Definitely a supernus rep but no doubt about it but you know what the fucking guy is right LOL

Leadership here is an absolute debacle. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever worked for in my entire life.

Complete amateurs. Always looking to blame someone for something and trying desperately to act like they know it all. They got lucky with some price increases and have bungled everything else they touch. No faith in them whatsoever.
