LOL I left? I couldn’t care less if he thought about me or not. The fact that exact pays 125,000,000 annually for shitty reps like you that come on here to complain is laughable.
Then why are you here visiting? You make zero sense. It is more laughable that you claim that you are sick of people here, yet come back to complain. It is you who is complaining about something that is none of your business.

Great products, great mission!!! Unfortunately, the strategies and the management are an absolute train wreck.

Cologuard is a successful product, not because of the strategies implemented, but in spite of the strategies implemented over the years.

The old guard is long gone, and scattered to the winds. This was an amazing place to work in 2015-2019, but those days are long gone.

The GE/Pfizer leadership takeover killed it. Instantly. So many people trying to hold on to old memories. Many have moved on. There’s no culture left…just people trying to cash in on GM terrible forecasting.

This place is a clown car organization with one product that will soon be outpaced by more sensitive blood tests. Good ride while it lasted, but the sun is setting on Cologuard and Exact. Leadership team will be fine, but the majority of people will be displaced as in any other one trick pony organization when that pony is at the end of it's life cycle
 






Mark was one of the most positive, forward thinking leaders exact has ever hired. Bonus points for knowing how to party

Mark didn’t ruin this culture. KEVIN ruined it by empowering current leadership and not holding any of them accountable. Meanwhile Mark is happily elsewhere.
 






No. What ruined the culture were all the team purple reps that thought they were better than legacy exact. All whining that they didn’t get the raises they were “promised”. LOL most of them got sign in bonuses and were hired on as seniors meanwhile legacy reps were treated like dirt.

This wouldn’t even be a problem if getting senior was somewhat attainable. I got lucky and got senior my first 6 months into the field Meanwhile, coworkers who have more experience have missed the mark every year. Not to talk shit but if you’re a senior you should be able to get through role play no problem…

Depends on who you're role playing with, amiright? I know an RD who "role plays" with one of his reps pretty frequently

I thought Mark was bad, but EC and his hatched man bring bad to a whole new level. I am just waiting for the next round. It has been crazy since EC joined.
