Just because they are closing a site in the UK, there is no reason deduce that anything may or may not follow in the US. These would be entirely independent events. And "be brave "? Please. Getting laid off from Novartis was the best thing that has happened in my professional life. You work for a miserable organization; when you get out, you will see that is true.
