Teva's new "Reshape" plan

Must have been on two different calls...or worlds. Glad I don't live in yours.

I am not either of the persons facing off here, but I was on the call and was surprised that neither of them passed on the good news. In a nutshell, we were told that Qnasl is coming back in weeks not months (possibly Mid-December was my take away from the comment CC made)...no solid date was given.
How long we will continue to have it was not disclosed, but it is indeed coming back. The next piece of good news is that HO Israel has not given a headcount reduction number to CC like they did with Woman's Health. This does not mean it cannot happen in the future but we appear to be dodging the bullet for the time being. This might be revisited next Spring if the losses from Copaxone exceed current projections. You can expect to see some territories not being back-filled based on their value to the bottom line, but that is a good thing. The leaner we are if-or-when there is a layoff, the less painful it will be. And to calm your nerves, there was no directive given to accelerate the number of open territories. CC is under pressure to improve the bottom line so this is why you will continue to see some areas fail to be back-filled. My hope is that some of this news will be communicated to you shortly so that you can rest a little easier.

Be well, and Happy Thanksgiving

The above post says next Spring which is pure specualtion. On the conference call it was clear that nobody knows when the layoff will hapaaen. It could be "revisited" in 2 weeks
but I hope not. We are in a wait and see mode. Hopefully we will hear something sooner than later and it will be good news.

Not sure, it would not surprise me if there was a hiring freeze. We would be the last to know. The communication with this company is horrible. Teva Resp is hiring managers for vacant regions
