This place is the bottom of the barrel. Most who come here are on the rebound and desperate for a job. This has been going on for years. Come to a lame company like Teva until you can rebound and find a better job.

I actually enjoyed my time at Teva looking back. The pros outweigh the cons in retrospect and I would go back there if my job was still available in my location.

Unfortunately, Kare was like number 45 in decision-making and he did not listen to anyone. I believe he set the company back big time and wish everyone well (except a few richard heads).

This is true even within leadership. I’ve seen so many land here after getting laid off and jump within 6 months of being here. That’s what this company is now. A low rent landing spot for temp jobs,
