What is the criteria? PIPs? Too many in a territory? Random?
Just another reason for one of you sales toddlers to throw a tantrum. What in the HR disaster is this newest SPIFF? My team is not my family, I don’t want to go on vacation with my colleagues and my boss! Vacation is a chance to GET AWAY from work. Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea? Especially after how this expansion and layoffs have been handled?
amgen always gets rid of the teimbursemeht people. the SAM's, KAN's, do 2 jobs for less than the price of one PAL that way.Not at Amgen and curious that there is a Tepezza expansion yet they are getting rid of PALs?? Shouldn't they expand the PALs too?
are an idiot and know nothing. All if the original Tepezza people left, except the managers. No one wanted to work in the toxic work environment. It was the 2nd most successful rare disease launch in history, so they are not losers. The twenty to early 30 year olds they replaced them with for half the pay are the losers that got the jobs and still way more pay than they will ever get at Angen.Hopefully anyone that has been with Tepezza since launch gets realigned. They are a failure of a salesforce and marketing team. Literally the reason we bought Horizon because they couldn't perform. And look once we took over...sales back on track.
Seriously, I’m probably going to clear 375k this year. Nobody that works at Amgen in sales can say thatYou

That is laughable. The only rep who launched the drug who is still there is Jorge A. The rest of the originals who launched Tepezza were either downsized and given hush money (since they replaced us all with 30 year olds) or the ones left all quit due to being angry with how everyone was treated. So, whoever posted this, got the “original” jobs where WE launched the drug 4 years ago. You just came in and got half the base salary we did and took over the book of business we worked to get. It’s hilarious that you now work for Amgen and will be tracked with every move and treated like a 1st grader.Referring to this expansion as a “launch” is so disrespectful to each and every one of us on the TEP team who have been here since the ACTUAL LAUNCH, or expansion busting our asses! It’s the cherry on top and a huge contributing factor to the low morale and trust on the team.
First off, nobody on the TEP team is that young, most everyone is over 40. Second, all the people who came over from Horizon still make their original base salary. Third, take over a book of business? I’ve consistently had half a dozen new writers each qtr. don’t flatter yourself, I’m not riding anyone’s coattails. That is laughable. I don’t doubt Amgen will treat us like 1st graders, they already are and have been since day 1. Most people HATE Amgen and cannot wait to leave them.
Still the same and uncapped, but if you’re only making 16, you’re not trying.Curious since Amgen took over did they change your target bonus? I know at the end of the Horizon era they had messed with bonuses and part or most of it was a team based bonus. Still 16k a quarter at plan?
If you’ve seen one rep, you’ve seen them all.You went back to the drawing board on this qtr IC? Wow!
Endo reps get paid on starts that they had nothing to do with? But they get 12k for checking a box? All while the original team got a IC that pays less that it did last qtr for the same benchmarks, and nothing until 13 enrollments? So much for those in lower volume areas.
And the metrics? 4 lunches a week? ASDs in the field constantly until the end of the year, and a program before Thanksgiving?
THIS IS NOT PRIMARY CARE!
That is the truth. Horizon turned Amgen sales people are making bank. But I don't feel bad for the legacy Amgen people as most of them aren't very good lol.Still the same and uncapped, but if you’re only making 16, you’re not trying.
We are learning this with the new eSAMs, they are very robotic and primary care. Also very pushy. That is the truth. Horizon turned Amgen sales people are making bank. But I don't feel bad for the legacy Amgen people as most of them aren't very good lol.

…but we should be thankful because we got bought and still have a job…is the rest of that sentenceAre we actually going to get merit increases this time? We didn’t get one this year and the one time payment is a slap the face.
Hell no.…but we should be thankful because we got bought and still have a job…is the rest of that sentence
