Telling HR on someone at their old company (after leaving)?

To OP - you have some serious issues that you need to get resolved. I don’t understand why people get on this forum and have a heart of stone. They hide behind their anonymous posts and try to destroy others….whether you may think it’s right it isn’t. It’s crazy how hateful, immature, toxic and evil people can be.
Being jealous of someone brings you down, not them.

Do people not realize that HR is nobody’s friend. HR will not do anything unless there is a proof source for whatever allegations someone is making. If someone has left a company, I’m not sure. I understand why they would go back to the former company and try to notify HR of something. This seems like a personal issue that someone had with someone rather than a valid reason to get someone let go from a company. Most importantly, who has the time in the day to do all of that? Sounds like someone has some personal issues.

At least I have parents
Everyone does, dumbass. You’re even bad at rejoinders. I’m sorry that you were failed. Allow me to help. Here are a few insults: at least I know my parents, at least my mom didn’t need a test to find my dad, at least both my parents were in the same household while I was growing up, or too bad one of your parents disappeared before your birth.

Try again, bucko!

You’re so right! Let me guess you have small penis syndrome! Words make you feel better and more powerful. That doesn’t make up where you lack elsewhere Bucko
