Telling HR on someone at their old company (after leaving)?

Maybe HR specifically requested insight that they have been collecting on you
Some of you might be able to see with your brain. From what I have seen and read, I can't rule that out. However, most of you can only see with your eyes, and that's why we are different. I don't have a photographic memory, some of you do. Some things we have no control over, that's how we were born. No amount of money can change it either.

I think you need to go on a neurology board. You have some very weird whacked out thoughts maybe the drugs you are taking are finally kicking in. Chances are you don’t even work at this company your a stalker in real life sitting at home playing with good old Rosie!

Let's pretend that you are an international rockstar icon. You will come across three types of people. Person A: the hater. Person B: the groupie. Person C: someone who shares a similar lifestyle. Similar to the Hawthorne Effect, Person A and Person B will act differently than they normally would if they were to meet you because you are not an "average person." People with that type of talent can't hide or blend in.

Does anyone here think it’s okay to rat someone out to HR at their old company after leaving? Would you do it or does it look cowardly? Interested in hearing.
You realize almost no one sees exit interviews or cares about you "ratting out" someone. HR is for the company.. not you. The only thing they care about is not getting sued. They're not going to go "tell on someone" for you . Also, exit interviews... joke.. Almost all the places I worked just basically threw them in some filing cabinet, where they never saw the light of day. If they were reviewed, they were all aggregated together and reviewed on a quarterly basis and a lot of stuff was redacted. What do you think HR is going to do? It actually looks worse on you then them. If you want to ruin whatever reputation you had.. then sure.. call them up.

I signed a non-disclosure. I am unable to disclose shit to your shitty ass. Go fuck a dog, then go fuck yourself.
Probably a girl who dumped you because the way you talk is repulsive not to mention what you probably look like. I’d say you are mad, angry, miserable, and jealous. Someone really tossed you out to dry.

(A) One kind of person, when he does someone a good turn, is also ready to calculate the monetary value of the thanks owed to him. (B) Another may not go so far, but he still privately thinks of the other person as in his debt and is conscious of what he's done. (C) Yet another, however, is in a sense not even conscious of what he's done, but resembles a vine that, after bearing grapes, doesn't immediately go in search of something else to do, once it has borne the fruit that's proper to it. Or you could say he resembles a horse after gallop, a hound after a hunt, a bee that has made its honey.

People with money, like home builders, retina specialists, and pharmaceutical executives, always want you to be the (C) while they openly and freely are the (A).

Look at the responses to your question. It’s comical. I think I don’t even need to say anymore. Great minds think alike (you aren’t included in that)
Everything that you stated is true. The one question I keep asking myself is how do I mask my wealth. I have no problem living in a "normal" house and driving a "normal" car. You never want people looking up to you. It's preferable that they look down on you. Family likes bragging. Significant others are always going to feel as though your success was because of them; therefore, they are going to want something, plus they like bragging. I am going to use my green thumb on a part-time basis. I am not sure what I will do with the rest of my time.
