We can see 35% of our panel if the moons are aligned right! We have so many PCP providers on our panel that have been closed off to reps for years and have never written a script of Vraylar that all 3 reps have as targets. Really?? who comes up with this nonsense?

Vray Goals are consistently way too high, which the nation continues to not be at goal. Motivation at an all time LOW due to IC payout being crap for most people. Pharma goals are generally 7ish percent growth each quarter…NOT 10-15%. That’s not sustainable or attainable to do across the board, where you have formulary issues in many states NOT BEING TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
