Have you seen the USA Crown Salesforce? It's LEAN. You don't need 100 Revance reps + RSM's + Directors. PE companies look at head count and sales on an excel spread sheet. Revance needs 50-75 reps max on Aesthetic and maybe 1-2 director of sales. Look at how PE companies run all the purchased Medspa's and Derm offices.... that should give you an idea. Crown just made the deal of the century for $6.66.... kudos to them having an billion laying around to do so...you don't pony up that kind of offer by over spending like RVNC did the last 4 + years. It's a lesson in managment that needs to be taught in MBA programs. You just can't write this level of incompentence & delusion of grandeur from a CEO and Board.
