Anyone know what’s going on? Lots of rumors about being sold. It makes sense, but who!?

Just hope it’s not Prollenium or Galderma. Other than those two crappy companies, I guess anything is better than Revance.

Pfizer tried buying Allergan prior to Abbvie buying it - so I would bet they are looking at RVNC -
Johnson & Johnson owns Mentor Implants and would love to add to that portfolio to compete with Allergan
Lots of options for Aesthetic and Therpy use.

A sale at around $15-$18 a share would be helpful to everyone who has lost their shirts on this stock. RVNC also needs more tenured sales leadership & marketing team to make a dent, Foley needs to get out before he sinks this ship like the titanic. His legacy will now be this failure because no one will remember the old sale of Coolsculpting to Allergan.... too many poor decisions at this company.

It could also be Huadong or Fosun. Huadong acquired Sinclair and is looking to enter the US market. Fosun has acquired the rights of Daxxify in China. Both companies with substantial cash.

I heard Prollenium is not getting Hugel so there is a risk they may look at us. If that happens it will be a painful end for Revance. Can you imagine working for that stupid man?

Prollenium is not going to happen. FDA may shut them down soon.
Pfizer and J&J are viable options.
I don’t think they will lay off salesforce, at least not in the beginning.
