They are absolute idiots to not care or understand the attrition rate is not stopping...it’s going to continue to grow. When you removed promotable opportunities and squash the moral year after year after year....then finally people say peace out.
Some people will be happy that people are leaving, it gives people the opportunity to move up. But let’s face it, the goaling sucks right now for the majority. Many are unhappy and are leaving soon.
