Fact, Takeda has historically been near the bottom in rep salaries. To make up for it they've done random salary reviews to raise people who are too low relative to the market. If your a top paying Pharma company, you're not running around doing random raises for only certain people. As a sales rep at Takeda, you are just a number, a number they would like to keep as low as possible!
