The cheapskates that run our divisions should be ashamed. 2.5% raise was widespread… “just be happy you have a job” that’s BS. Happy with my raise because I hardly work anyway.
My company (not Takeda) gave out 1.3% raises across the board for even the highest performers. They also allowed the dumbass district managers to strong arm the reps back into the field last May 2020 while constantly telling us we should only be "reactive" to providers that ask for us to stop by their offices. Talking out of both sides of their mouths to cover their asses. Shameful, trash company and leadership. I therefore now only show up to around two lunches a week and that is it. I don't work at all unless it is to do a lunch and gather some signatures. My company can fuck right off. They will get what they pay for, and they way they treated us during this virus makes me happy to do it.

Very simple:Takeda. Give your people raises. Give them a financial incentive to grind. Fill vacancies. Reps generate revenue. Stop being terrible.
