Self righteous Takeda legacy? Lol. Second comment on this thread is from a tapper talking smack. I don't get you guys. You wish you still worked for a company that doesn't exist. I don't even know what you are talking about. You are angry towards Takeda because they ended the TAP agreement. Lol you were not even a company just an agreement.

The second comment is the most accurate comment. Takeda isn't a company or a business for that matter. It is a game.

Lets be honest here. TAP basically took over Takeda in the merger but the Takeda name was kept. It's too bad that the TAP executives that took over the joint venture couldn't get rid of all the Takeda legacy people when the merger occurred. The biggest problem out of the gates with the merger is that JP in Managed Markets let those Takeda legacy managed markets fools stay and run all the TAP NAM's and RAM's out of the company. With the nothing but show managed markets team left we really sucked at our new product launches. It was a great start getting KW out of managed markets but it was too little too late.

On the sales side, we chopped a lot of Takeda legacy people but no where near enough. They know this at the C Suite level but there's not much more than can be done except to get as many of those slackers on plans and out the door as soon as possible.

There will be a lot of turn over coming up and you just watch and see. Those shown the door will mostly be the cancer that is infecting this once great organization. That's right, the Takeda legacy people. See ya. Wouldn't want to be ya!

Are you the same rep that sold Luprone for 10 years? Because Abbott got that drug. Can't wait to be put on that plan.

Let's see, Takeda WAS a great company but THEY bought out Tap and then became a joke of a company because they were run by Takeda and not Tap (because Tap is so wonderful)...Nothing like ringing your own bell tootles.

All this ignores the fact that since the TAP "leaders" took over the US commercial group (TPNA/TPUSA) it has been one face plant after the next. TAP was dissolved because it had no future. But putting the TAP clowns in charge has been a monumental mistake, the results (or lack of them) speak for themselves. So you can keep on whining about Takeda Legacy ruining the company, but it is the TAP Legacy C Suite clowns that has run it in to the ground. It is time to clean the C suite out and bring in new blood from outside the company, we need new ideas and credible leadership. Accountability should start at the top.

Actos and the diabetes business dissolved

Prevacid Lupron Dexilant bring in close to 2 billion to this day

OP

A trained monkey could promote Prevacid or DDR Dexilant……. Especially when it is covered under 95% of MC plans. The so called egotistical, I won all kinds of excaliburs would be lost in the days of Actos and the co promote with KOS in Niaspan. Back in the day when TAP reps only had 1 product, that being Prevacid and some dumb Prevpac… Takeda Reps had 2 sometimes 3 different products. I love how 5+ years later we still have the TAP Legacy runs the company, or Takeda Legacy runs the company. Bottom line is TAKEDA is nothing more than a global wannabe company. Invest billions into Nycomed and Millennium, knowing the TPNA is really the red headed step child that could eventually be phased out once Takeda develops into the emerging markets. Please continue the I'm better than you stick your head in doo doo bitch talk as we have so much more to worry about than who's better than who….

Happy New Year to all! -

What were the 3 products a Takeda Legacy carried in their bag at the same time?

A trained monkey could, a Takeda Legacy Rep not so much.

Actos Family; Niaspan; Advicor.

It's funny to read all this stuff as a "Takeda Alum" - glad I left this bickering mess - Takeda Legacy, you are fighting a losing battle - b/c 90% of these Tappers come on here, and blow up the board - it's been that way for 5+ years. Much less posting before that, b/c people had lives. What a shame, whats happened to this company...
