1) if you are in touch with your customers you know what they are buying. You should know where you stand with out misc zip code stuff and random orders. The steady5 figure customers is where the business comes from 10k - 50k. Mid level accts in the 6-9k get our attention, too but the rest is small time nonsense that adds up.
2) sales data is on target. A bit behind but all the competitors deal with the same thing. December and end of yr ALWAYS takes through February. I would have liked to see #s a couple weeks ago. They are late but not by that much. Put it this way, commissions have been on target. It shouldn't be a mystery of "I could be at 50%could be at 150%." That sounds like someone looking for an excuse to complain and not do their job.
3). As for raises...really? Raises are earned not just a given at the end of year. Ask yourself truthfully if you think you earned and deserve a raise, or if you just expect one every year.
