Yeah it was. I can't wait until my raise kicks in this year. Oh wait... we don't give raises. WTF?

1) if you are in touch with your customers you know what they are buying. You should know where you stand with out misc zip code stuff and random orders. The steady5 figure customers is where the business comes from 10k - 50k. Mid level accts in the 6-9k get our attention, too but the rest is small time nonsense that adds up.
2) sales data is on target. A bit behind but all the competitors deal with the same thing. December and end of yr ALWAYS takes through February. I would have liked to see #s a couple weeks ago. They are late but not by that much. Put it this way, commissions have been on target. It shouldn't be a mystery of "I could be at 50%could be at 150%." That sounds like someone looking for an excuse to complain and not do their job.
3). As for raises...really? Raises are earned not just a given at the end of year. Ask yourself truthfully if you think you earned and deserve a raise, or if you just expect one every year.
4) if you don't want to be here, then leave. Good luck!

Only losers complain. No matter how bad things get, please don't complain. Please don't tell me I am surrounded by wimps and sourpusses. Now that would suck!

I agree that raises are earned. However, has anyone gotten a raise since J & J dumped us? Are you saying that no rep has earned a raise? We have annual performance reviews without any discussion of raises. My team was told even prior to performance reviews that there would be no raises again this year. If I would have realized that my starting base salary would never change, I would have pushed harder for more $ when hired. I guess it really doesn't matter though. I don't plan on being here much longer. Also, I'm not just complaining. Cafepharma is the only safe way to voice your concern at this company, since feedback is not tolerated.

Use that to your benefit and get out of wound care. Wound care will always be a cheap product game. Try as you might companies will only continue to use guaze and saline over advanced product because historically they dont have the funds. Get into another medical sale. Wound is entry level jack. Then you can make more than 70k.

This is f*in crazy. What is wrong with this company? We target reps from other wound care companies whenever there is an opening. In the last handful of years, we've hired countless employees from KCI, ConvaTec, Medline, Smith and Nephew, Molnlycke, Covidian, Coloplast, etc, etc, etc. We feed them a bunch of BS about the bright future of the company to get them to come on board. They quickly realize that the bright future is always in the future and that the company is grossly incompetent. Now if you try to leave you are threatened with non-competes. What a bunch of hypocrites!! So pathetic!!
 
























































































Bullshit...no ones leaving, just sell Tielle nd Fibracol in the hospital and you will make money. I've been here since the inception of Systagenix and its the best company I've worked for.
