Why they didnt do the layoffs for the reps at the same time as the managers shows they do not give a shit about reps. This is typical systagenix shit. It is almost like they didnt plan this out properly. If they did then they would have made a decision on the reps at the same time as the managers.

If you dont have your resume out there you are fucking insane!

Nobody wants a resume from systagenix. Recruiters know what is going on here and are very hesitant to move people from here to big jobs. That's why no one is getting out of here.
