I do have to say it's strange that none of the KCI managers were canned. The guys who came from KCI are not the most popular people for sure. The 2 guys who were let go were pretty well liked, their teams performed, and they had minimal turnover. The KCI guys, not so much.
 












I heard the decision to let specific managers go was based on geography not sales. We are over staffed. Two region's worth of reps will be let go week of 17th with decisions to be made this coming week. If you live near another rep, you are at risk.
 






First off, you are a complete douchebag. BS knows this business more than anyone who came over with the "order taking" KCI managers. He was actually the one manager who carried a bag for this company, succeeded, and moved up the ranks. Nobody in Quincy knows the business better than he did. None of these ass-clown KCI Managers would've ever even been hired by JNJ because they suck so bad. Oh, you got hired by a company called Systagenix b/c you knew somebody???? Big fucking deal. You still suck, and now that your boy is gone, you too are expendable.
 












It looks like the majority will fall in mid atlantic, southeast, and Midwest based on managers who were let go and who is covering. Why not do this all at once instead of doing managers first and having the field speculate for 2 weeks.

Will whoever stays have to pick up quota of those eliminated?

you can bet your ass you will have to pick up the quota. remember what the jp's said last year "just because we had turnover does not mean we no longer have a number to hit". this dick bag company will continue to screw everyone. the midatlantic is screwed. too many reps too close together. good luck
 






To all the people that believed the lies corporate was shoving down your throat about how great the company is doing and we have a future here, etc.... Do you get it now? We just laid off two managers and it looks like a bunch of reps are out as well. This company is in deep shit. Sorry for the folks who lost their jobs though. Corporate continued to give us unrealistic goals that were never going to get hit and they never fully understood how this business works. That is why we are in the position we are in today.

I am suprised it took this long to have layoffs. They actually started cutting territories when people left they just rolled the nearest rep into the area instead of backfilling it. Our numbers to plan are awful and who knows if they are accurate because no one knows how to track this disposable business. It took JNJ a long time to figure it out and even then it was still a mess but it was enough to get the job done and get people paid.

Systagenix is like herpes on a resume. Nobody wants to touch it.
