Jamie right? Did he jump or was he pushed? The man was always saying the things you want to hear which I admire however I dont believe he could take the bullshit anymore and realized we are no better today than we were three years ago.
 
















Can't blame the guy..... He was quality. Our company is garbage. Quality and garbage can't sustain each other for too long. He had ideas and visions of helping out, but was never given the resources he needed from this shit-ass company. I wish him good luck.

They made sure to tell us that he left for more money and a better opportunity. In reality he left because the company is dying and he has a front row seat. Why do you think the finance guy left as well?
 








you people who think you have a future here and the company has a future just dont get it. take this as a sign and get out before its too late. i am close to leaving and i know a few others who are waiting for offers. if jp really thought we were going to be ok had a bright future he would never be looking in the first place! he knows we are fucked six ways to sunday and got out before the brits started blaming him for another terrible year.

I am so upset I want to cry. I can't believe Jamie would ever leave us. He is the reason I'm here!!! We have such a great thing going, how could he abandon us, who is going to watch out for us and help us grow into management roles??? Just when we were getting over the hump. People are closing Adaptic Touch deals every week! Why now!!!

Wow. I didn't see that coming. This is the only managment change that I am sorry to hear about. Let me rephrase that. I am happy Jamie has found an opportunity that let's him grow professionally, he deserves it! But he was the only let say that again "Only" one in managment I trusted and really thought of as an advocate for us. I have nothing but respect for him and wish him the best. Although this leaves me feeling real uneasy. I distrust and dislike the leftovers in charge.

now the big question, who becomes vp of sales? if they promote anybody from within you should mail your next dump to quincy. knowing this place they will not backfill the vp spot and give the other jp more responsibility. they do not want to spend anymore money than they have to. the brits probably think we dont need a vp anyway.
 
















I don't think there is a chance in he'll that any current manager will be promoted. Time to find out how private equity really works. Especially with the awful US performance this year. What are these initiative JP kept referring to in his goodbye missive?
