It wouldn’t make sense to leave, especially when we were offered a 10% raise on our base salary to make the transition.

God why am I not shocked to hear this. We haven’t had a raise at Supernus in Years and you people were already making twice as much in base as some of the reps over here

Correct, a better way to solve this riddle is to simply take the avg total compensation at Supernus and add 25-35%.
