Management you are pushing people away!
Get a life!Hey kids, who cares about your boss or boss' boss, control your destiny by selling successfully. If you can't do this on your own then why are you being paid, get out of the way so someone else can do your job. It's that simple. Own it.
Management you are pushing people away!
No, he/she is right. What do you need or want management to do for you? We have a job to do, which is sell what's in our bag. You either like it here or not. If not, move on. But stop waiting for management to save you.
Conicelli, Derek and all of this are the symptoms to our bigger issue. WIL is our biggest obstacle. He thinks that the salesforce doesn't do their jobs and that we're all replaceable. All of the issues mentioned above are a result of his disjointed view of our business. He won't invest in new indications or better products because he doesn't know our business, keeps relating everything to his ortho days where he was never in the field and thinks that our best product is Vibe. If anyone at Baxter is reading this, we can do better with Wil gone. You are missing the point here. You have hundreds of posts from multiple reps saying the same thing. We don’t expect management to sell our bag for us but we expect them to negotiate contracts, develop an IDN strategy, And develop new products. The launch of self adhesive Peri strips? Is there an IDN strategy? Do you feel Conicelli and your manager will have their act together and be able to negotiate a contract? Will Conicelli take the blame for his failures? Absolutely not
Said by the old wise grasshopper.Hey kids, when you lay it out straight and someone comes back and says "get a life" you have just flushed out the weak link...

Yes because that’s the way it works these days. You JackArsInstead of praying for just a contract to land how about you actually go out there and sell something?

Hey kids when you admit that your boss and boss' boss are necessary for you to succeed, you have just admitted that you are in no position to earn a promotion, especially not ready to take their job. We call that arriving at your individual point of incompetence. In short, you will not be moving up the food chain. More likely scenario you will be exited as those around you realize you are the village idiot. Funny thing about village idiots is they're always the last to realize that they are.
Will, were you raised this arrogant and pompous, or did you grow into when you climbed the corporate ladder to lower/middle management?Hey kids when you admit that your boss and boss' boss are necessary for you to succeed, you have just admitted that you are in no position to earn a promotion, especially not ready to take their job.
