If you are one of the paranoid folks posting on this board, please don't respond to my question. There is no way on earth that management is monitoring this site 24/7 and puling the thread when they don't like something. Who has time for this?? I sure don't! So please, offer a useful suggestion.

If people were paranoid, they would not be posting on this board. And you certainly have plenty of time for this site. People are not paranoid, they are fed up.
Here's a useful suggestion: get back to your spreadsheets. This site is for reps looking for information on the culture of this company, not for defensive, PARANOID managers who know that everything on this site is the truth.
As for places that I would recommend: you would never be hired, so don't worry about it.

Right behind you, slick. Seriously, get back to your spreadsheets. Or maybe you and your manager friends can take what you read here, and brainstorm for ways to cut down on the turnover at RB. Take responsibility and do something about it. It's too late for denial and your CL's, even the new ones, are not stupid.
 






Right on, all this is right on. Heh heh heh and they get their knickers in such a twist about it. That makes it all worth it right there, little "wish they were C.L.s." running around in a sweat. "Oh my God, are they talking about me?" He he he he,ho hoh hohody ho. Its so relaxing to come on here and expose these idiots for the fuckups they are. Just some one trying to avert from the discussion at hand, typical attempt to minimize the problems here. Note the stories floating around about Mr. CH. You'd think J.C. quit his job. Not so important, I don't think really. Let him go. There are other rats in the farmhouse in need of trapping.

For whatever reason he left, we are expecting positive changes. For one:
If management promises a C.L. that they are going to do something, then, they damn well need to follow through. Also, it needs to be in the manner initially agreed upon, NOT with major shifts the agreement, designed purely for the benefit of the company. What we've experienced are complete reversals on agreements, gross distortions of agreements and we are really done with the b.s. Two, when management issues edicts such as: no moving from territory to territory, then allows one or two people to move and not others, they are being inconsistent. Unfair. No, we don't want to hear anymore excuses as to why you let some do this and some do that. Get clear on what your rules are, then YOU stick to them. Third, you need to hold C.L.s and managers alike, accountable for extremely unprofessional behavior. Thats right, not just a slap on the wrist. 3 strikes and your sorry ass is gone. Also, there needs to be, in writing, specific skill or achievement sets that must be accomplished, literally checked off, that would allow a person to move into any type of managerial position. This opportunity needs to be given to every one. That would be, everyone. That means, the current system of a manager and their fav. ass kissing C.L. couldn't skank their way into existence. Management positions actually have to be "earned" and no one could buy their way into the job. Include: exceptional salesmanship-specific examples, exceptional teamwork. This opportunity needs to be given to all C.L.s at the same time, with the same instructions and their managers need to be fired for fabricating accomplishments, in order to help their ass kiss forward, just for covering their butts. The way we see it, this is the current system and we beyond disgusted.

For most of us, it takes about one day with these meatheads to figure out they are a part of the missing link tribe. God, big woopie pie. We are a goin off to Can-coon. Yay hoo wee. Get out the limes and triple sec. Billy bob and ding a ling can screw like rabbits while their spouses try to figure out why they haven't heard from them since they left. Managers can deal out last minute demands for shit they should have asked for months ago and start in pushing their favorite ass kiss up to the head of the class. This is where they really shine, holding on to their little pointers, using a previous reps presentation, notes and ideas. A great displaying of absolut nothin but well honed b.s., bleached teeth, hairdos way out of style and corny attempts to appear they actually even know the rest of their team members names. (too busy brown nosing and calling the boss, for any stoopid ol team building) Usually, its some topic thats been beat into the ground. Ol' Dufus, manager wanna be can shhlump in with hideously polished shoes and bitch and drink too much, complaining about their rep thats too smart for them.
