stryker CMF ASR a good starting point?

I’ve been looking to get into med device sales since graduating uni (3yrs ago), and I’ve had 2 sales positions since. Spoke with a recruiter and waiting to hear back about a cmf asr role. That said, would it be a good first step to get in? Looks like it’s not where one would want to stay after 2+ years, but I need an in.

Copier sales and account management within the hospitality industry.

Sales background is one Stryker loves (they love people who aren't timid) but that territory I would avoid. You'll make no money.
