When will DBLs, RBDs and AVP stand up and say enough is enough?? I'm tired of getting bombarded with emails about everything other than what I want to do my job. Post your "self-care" on Yammer, join a virtual 5K, sign up for a WINN call, be a part of this, take part in that. Do a virtual POA for 3 days out of the field when we are just getting back in the field. And, we don't have anything new so lets spend 3 days role playing the same shit we've been doing virtually for 6 months. Why wasn't there any push back on this POA? We have them every year end of January. Why didn't we have it then? They knew the majority of us we still WFH. Why roll out a fiasco thermal thermometer program that was CLEARLY not ready to be rolled out? How much has that cost the company in returned product that didn't need to be. Plus it takes them freaking forever to email you back that you cleared. Spend thousands of dollars on things that aren't important... virtual games, Caroo boxes of junk food, virtual Christmas concert, don't forget that super expensive digital thermometer. Let's streamline the communication to the field... oh wait, now did I read about the new HCP capture spend on SemaConnect, Carousel, was it a separate email after the webex, was that on a Teams call, or was it another format? I'll look on SharePoint...oh wait, that search engine sucks, can't find anything there. I'm sure I've left out a trillion other things that are SOOOOOOO disconnected. What happened to NNI and why did we go down this path of stupidity? Is it all on Brian? Shouldn't Brian have a better clue? I'm def not a fan of him...something is a little off, used car salesmanie or something. It's time to start looking elsewhere. I'll give NNI 6 months to see if they can turn this ship around. Am I being naive that it will get better?

Look at connex, pack my bag if I am given the go ahead from sample ops, make a routing on people who may or may not be in javelin April 1, and then check the color coded sheet to see if any of my zips are green or red or if any changes from last week. Then I am supposed to ask for the business on each call that I am doing in back parking lots and through the window with my manager now out riding with me. Sounds easy enough.
 




Spot on. I’m about to need a mental health intervention. Who can keep up with this constant BeeeEsssss. Forget your customers. Need to be sure you check all the boxes from the puzzles instead.

Awesome post. They finally put everything on carousel, which is a big help. Just got email my DBM wants to get in field with me. How is that going to work.

This should be typed up in an email and sent to Brian! This is how 95% of us feel! Could not agree more with a special emphasis on the thermometers. I am all green now and still waiting on the green light to sample. This is insanity!

When layoffs come, are these same “untouchables” going to look at who won the weekly PRE-POA virtual calls because they knew a Jonas brother, utilized 4DX, had a SEMA Connect score over 90%, most e-mails sent, were on the most committee’s etc., or will it be those who surpassed goals?
How do we drive the numbers with all this “whirlwind BS” taking us away from selling.
Check this box on your ridiculous and never ending metrics list, your losing top talent and many more to come because we want to be left alone to sell and drive results, not play games to justify your “lack of leadership” jobs.

NOTHING like the US and to think you can make decisions by committee is not leadership. I had a manager ask me the other day if I am ready to do speaker dinners. My whole territory is red. We are still in a pandemic. No one else is even thinking about this yet he wants to try it. I just don’t have words.

Don’t blame your DBL formerly known as DBM. We are not on board with these shenanigans. I have worked for the same RBD for several years and he has turned into someone completely different.

I am in 100% agreement with this post. What has happened to NNI?? Stop the busy work and let us do our job. We can only accomplish sales by being in front of the customer.
Who thought it would be a good idea to send the managers back in the field? We are having to negotiate to get access ourselves. They will limit our ability to get past the front desk. Please listen to your sales force!!!!
 




Why not just collect an easy paycheck? If Novo has decided that they want us to quit selling and just do a bunch of stupid shit for our managers, then why not just do it? I guess that’s what the job is now – I think it’s stupid, but if they want to pay me a salary and bonus to do a bunch of ridiculous bullshit, then that’s their mistake. I’ll take the money and be happy!
