That’s illegal. Unless they’ve stated in advance that there is something like a meeting and vacations won’t be honored during that time, a company can’t tell you that you can’t take vacation arbitrarily for no reason. You’ve earned that time. You can’t be told not to use it. Get your manager to put that in an email. Then call a lawyer.

Its not illegal. You're right the company can't tell you that you can't take vacation, but they can tell when to take or not take it. Thats why all vacations are submitted as requests and are subject to approval. The company has the right to not approve them for a certain time if they want. Its in your employment agreement and is the same at most companies.
 






Yeah, I want to work at a company that discourages vacation and fires people without warning. Where do I sign up?

Honestly, as a shareholder, if reps are pissed I get worried. They are a big reason if scripts are written- not Marketing. And if reps are looking for other jobs- I seriously doubt they are working full time, or any time, selling in the field.

And there is very little opportunity for script growth in vacant territories.

Is Keryx even trying to retain Reps with either RSUs or Call Options? That costs the company $0 and can help prevent Reps from leaving.

Please tell us everything.
 


















I am disgusted. And it probably will be in the $5 range while the Senior Leadership drains the finances by pocketing inflated salaries.

Out of curiosity - I asked earlier this morning - are the reps being awarded stock? Load the reps up. We can’t afford to have open territories. If the weekly bombers pick up- Wall Street may be a little kinder to our shares.

PDUFA date 2.5 weeks away, and the stock has already gone from over $8 to the $6s in days. Zero (positive) momentum, zero enthusiasm. Company is a complete dog.
 












od you look at other cafepharma boards- no other companies have as many complaints about shareholder value as does this board- that includes Mannkind.

Way to go Keryx Senior Leadership- you set another low standard.
